EVENT VISIT
The conference area is located in and around the Zoo Palast. Here, all lectures will be held in different cinema halls. You can see which lecture will take place where in our programme.
Please note: The Waldorf Astoria Hotel Berlin (directly opposite the Zoo Palast) is where we register will take place.

You can register at any time via the registration form as long as it is available online.
Regardless of how you have registered, your registration is always binding. You will receive a confirmation and invoice upon receipt of your registration. If you have paid by credit card/PayPal, you will receive a confirmation with a pro forma invoice.
Please note: You are only entitled to participate once payment has been received.
If you cancel your registration up to and including 28 days (4 weeks) before the event, we will charge a processing fee of 10 percent of the participation fee per registered participant.
If you cancel up to 14 days before the start of the event, 50 percent of the participation fee will be charged. In the event of later cancellation or non-attendance, the full participation fee will be charged. Substitute participants will be accepted if they fulfill the admission requirements.
Cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail is sufficient).
For private participants, the right of withdrawal according to § 312d in conjunction with § 355 BGB applies.
Our service: We will accept a substitute participant at any time at no additional cost.

You will receive your ticket by e-mail to your personal e-mail address approximately one week before the start of the event. We ask you to check the ticket and send any corrections directly to us by e-mail to vairfgzragrkcb@ehrpxrepbafhyg.qr . The ticket is also your name badge.
We kindly ask you to arrange your own hotel room. A limited number of rooms are available at the Waldorf Astoria Berlin under the keyword “INVESTMENTexpo”. Please book directly under this link: HERE

All prices include tax for single use and include breakfast. For double occupancy there is a surcharge of EUR 30 per room per night.
At the end of the first day, we invite you to a get-together. We will round off the first day of the fair with fresh drinks and delicious food in front of the Zoo Palast.
Enjoy an evening in a relaxed atmosphere and with good conversation.
Participation in the evening event is included for all participants, speakers and sponsors. In the registration form (booking form) you will be asked if you want to participate.
Participation in the evening event is reserved for participants or speakers.
All participants, speakers and moderators will be digitally registered directly in the app. You will receive information by email (approx. 4 weeks before the start of the event) as soon as our app is activated and the participant overview is available.

On site you will find a signposting system and corresponding information signs.
Central registration will take place on the ground floor of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel. Here you will receive your name badge, which entitles you to access the Zoo Palast grounds.
Our registration is open on:
- June 11, 2024: 04:00 p.m. to 07:00 p.m. (pre-registration possible)
- June 12, 2024 from 08.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
- June 13, 2024 from 08.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m

Our team is at your disposal for all questions concerning the registration, but also for all other questions concerning the INVESTMENTexpo. The registration area is easy to find (near the reception).

You will find our Info Desk in the foyer of the Zoo Palast. Here you will receive help with the installation of the conference app, find a cell phone charging station and have the opportunity to pre-register for INVESTMENTexpo in the following year.

REGISTRATION/CANCELLATION/REBOOKING
We use the data collected in the course of registration within the applicable legal limits for the purpose of performing our services. All data will be treated confidentially. Furthermore, we ask for your consent in the registration form to use your data for products as well as for offers of RUECKERCONSULT. You can object to this at any time. Use our booking form at https://www.investmentexpo.de/en/registration to purchase your tickets. You can also access the form on the homepage via the "Registration" menu bar.
3 and 5 ticket packages are available. You can easily select these in the booking form.
No, we do not have a general discount code. If there is one, you should have received it by email from us or one of our partners. However, if you are entitled to or have received a code, you can simply enter it in the booking form via "Redeem discount code". Yes, please send us an e-mail to grvyanuzr@vairfgzragrkcb.qr as soon as possible. We need the company name, title, first name, surname, e-mail address, adress and position for the complete change of registration. We would like to point out that changes at short notice on the day before the event or on the day of the event are possible, may not be able to be implemented in time. However, we will be happy to accommodate your wishes on site and try to find the best possible solution.

INVOICE
The invoice will be sent to you via PDF to the e-mail address you provided after your registration.
You can pay by bank transfer after receiving the invoice or directly by PayPal/credit card. If you have made the booking by PayPal/credit card, you will receive a proforma invoice after the booking for your records.

INVOICE
The RC Network app is available free of charge in both the App Store and the Google Play Store. Simply enter the name RC Network. You can also access our app in the browser at: network.rueckerconsult.de/login
In our app you will find the programme, all participants of INVESTMENTexpo as well as portraits of the speakers and partners. Furthermore, you can deposit your questions to discussants during the conference and participate in our participant surveys. Make appointments with other participants in the conference app! Share your personal Meet&Greet times and compile your own personal agenda. In addition, after the event you will find all recordings of the individual presentations and discussions under the respective programme items, so that you will not miss a single panel. Stay up to date and activate the push message function so that you don't miss any news during the event.
All participants registered for the event can log in to the app. Please use the e-mail address with which you registered for the event. registered for the event. In the next step you will be asked to enter a password. Select the event INVESTMENTexpo.

Our RC Network app will be activated for all registered participants just under 4 weeks before the event date. You will receive an info mail from our RUECKERCONSULT team.
All registered participants will be linked directly in our RC Network app. As soon as the app is activated (just under 4 weeks before the event), each participant can log in with their personal access data and find a participant overview as a PDF under the “Documents” section or can view all participants under the “Participants” section and contact them directly via the app.
